A near-death experience always makes for a good story; and the time that Fred almost tumbled down a mountain during his wedding proposal is one guaranteed to be retold for generations. That heart-racing moment set the tone for this pair’s planning, which they decided to do while making a move halfway across the country. All the stress culminated in a perfect day at the Fair Barn — including a surprise visit from a local donkey out for a stroll. If they could do it all again, Nicole would make sure a videographer was there to record every moment.
